Where are walluta.PAY payments accepted?

Wherever you see the walluta.PAY sticker or QR code: snack, beverage and coffee machines, EV chargers, shops and restaurants, taxis, market stalls, laundrettes, on invoices and in online shops.

Which payment methods are available?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, girocard, pay by mobile bill, Twint (Switzerland), Pay by Bank – and cryptocurrencies (coming soon) from your wallet.

Can I tip?

Yes. You can add a tip (5 %, 10 % or 20 %) to the amount if the merchant has enabled the feature.

Is my data safe?

Privacy is a priority for us. You do not need to register, no unnecessary personal data is stored and all payments are encrypted.

I did not receive my goods. How can I cancel a payment?

A function detects when goods were not dispensed. Send us the e-mail that appears on your display in such a case – we take care of the rest.
